From San Jose
Once you have arrived in San Jose, we are easy to access by small commuter plane. The flight is approximately 45 minutes followed by a 20 minute drive to Playa San Miguel. Or, if you prefer to drive yourself the trip from San Jose usually takes half a day and includes a scenic one hour ferry ride across the Golfo de Nicoya.

From Liberia
If you arrive into Liberia the drive to reach us is 3.5 hours conservatively, on mostly paved roads. As you approach Samara you will start to travel along the coast offering great places to stop and grab a bite to eat and dip your feet in the ocean.
